Payments to Instructors

Revenue calculation and payment schedule

Eduemore is a subscription-based online learning solution. Once your lessons are added to the Eduemore content collection, you will be able to begin enrolling new students into your student list.

Information on new student enrollments is visible to you in your revenue report. This report mainly consists of students’ information and lesson details such as student name, date of purchase, name of the lesson and total paid amount, etc. The Revenue report is displayed once you log into to your Instructor’s account.

In Eduemore, Instructors are paid monthly which is based on the monthly revenue report. Each month, Eduemore allocates 80% of the total enrollment fees from new students after considering any applicable deductions as depicted in the Instructor Terms. The payment is made by 10th day of each month.

Missing payments to instructors

At the end of each month, you shall check your Revenue report and contact our support team immediately if any deviation is noted in the Revenue report. Such deviation shall be communicated before the payment due date which is 10th of the proceeding month. After the payment is made, we may unable to amend revenue report or payment for prior months.

If your Revenue report shows that you have received a payment, but did not receive it to your bank account, you shall follow the below steps:

• On your Payout settings page, check whether your bank account is an active account

• Contact your bank and check whether there is any issue in your account.

• If you continue to have an issue please contact our Support Team.

All payment related deviations shall be communicated to us within 10 days from the paid date which is, in many cases, 10th day of proceeding month.

For instance, revenue report of January month will appear in your user account at the end of the same month. You shall communicate any deviations in revenue report before the 10th of February. We will make the payment for January revenue share on the 10th February. Any payment related deviations shall be informed to us within 10 days after the paid date. That means, you should communicate us before the 20th February if the payment is made on 10th February. However, you must understand during this period you can raise only payment related issues, not the revenue share.

Termination

You can choose to cancel your participation in Eduemore at any time. Eduemore will remove your lessons from the Collection after the expiry of 6 months from the date of the approval by Eduemore for the request of termination. Eduemore will continue to pay your revenue share based on the current rates until your lessons are removed from the Collection. Once your lessons are removed from the Collection, students will no longer be able to enroll in and you will no longer earn revenue on those lessons. However, any student who got previously enrolled in your lessons may continue accessing those as long as the student remains subscribed to such lessons.
