For instance, in order to send you notifications from Eduemore, we may require your email address or mobile number. To provide you with additional services, we may also request your full name, current residential address, and parents’ contact details, etc. Students must keep in mind that, this information is visible to the instructors of classes that you sign up for which will help instructors coordinate their classes and provide you better and personalized service.

We will not give your Personal Data to third parties except with your consent or as otherwise set forth in this privacy policy. In some cases, we may be obligatory to disclose your Personal Data when required by law or when we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process to protect our interests or the safety of others.

Your student profile is visible to the instructors. As part of our Terms of Use, Eduemore instructors agree not to use students’ personal Data for any purpose other than those explicitly specified in the instructors' terms and instructor handbook. However, you should keep in mind that we are not a party to any transaction between you and the instructor and those instructors are not the employees of Eduemore. As a result, we will not be able to control their actions and cannot be held liable for any actions that they may take.

Your rights

You have certain rights with respect to the use of your personal data, including the ability to opt out of promotional emails, cookies, and collection of your data by certain analytics providers. You can update or terminate your account from within our Services and can also contact us for any requests about your personal data management. If Parents believe that we have unintentionally collected personal data about their child, they should contact us for help deleting that information.
